7:30pm - Cape Fear Blues Cruise @ Henrietta III :  Music on the
dock with
RICK TOBEY at 5:30 pm.  Boarding begins at or after
6:30pm.  Catered heavy appetizer buffet, cash bar and a 2-hour
sunset cruise along the historic Cape Fear River.  Three Blues
acts on-board including
RICKEY GODFREY, TEN DOLLAR THRILL
&
TAMPA BLUE.








9pm -
Post-Cruise Blues Party @ The Rusty Nail :  Live Blues
with the cool guitars of
THE TREBLEMAKERS inside of
Wilmington's only authentic juke joint.  Not to be missed!







Saturday, July 30
11am - Blues Workshop @ The Cellar :  An FREE educational
workshop for all ages with noted North Carolina Blues guitarist,
vocalist & songwriter
ERIC MANNING.  He'll demonstrate his
technique, talk about his influences, and play some Blues.  Plus!  
Eric's band,
E-TRAIN & THE RUSTED RAILS, will perform a live
set of Blues immediately following the workshop.  FREE!

8pm -
Blues Concert @ The Rusty Nail : Live electric Blues from
Chicago's one-and-only
STUDEBAKER JOHN & THE HAWKS!!  
Plus, acoustic Blues from
SPIDER MIKE BOCHEY.  All of it at the
home of the Cape Fear Blues Jam.  Stop by and check out this
show!

Noon - All-Day Blues Jam @ The Rusty Nail : Enjoy an afternoon
of Blues with the region's finest musicians at this FREE event
under the tent at The Rusty Nail.

6pm -
Guitar Giveaway @ The Rusty Nail : Finkelstein Music has
donated a Gretsch guitar to support the Cape Fear Blues Society,
and you can win it!  Tickets at any Cape Fear Blues Jam,
Finkelstein Music, or The Rusty Nail.  Need not be present to win.
